After a 2 hour rain delay, racing is about to start.
Matt
starts in 25th, according to 1997 points.
The very first lap finds the #33 of Tim Fedewa getting
into the #3 of Steve Park. Tim hits
the wall hard and
limps around the
track for
the rest of the day.
This wreck sets the tone for a caution- riddled day.
This is the restart of lap 63 after a rain shower
brought
up a caution. Hermie Sadler does not get
a good restart which causes some
cars to check
up and spin-out because of the slippery track.
Matt has
nowhere to go and ends up in the wall.
Buckshot Jones is also taken out on
this wreck
along with a few others.
