Overview
This page exists to inform you of the guidelines that you are required to follow when posting messages in the Matt Kenseth Fan Club Forum. These are not ‘helpful hints’... these are policies, and violation of these policies will either cause your message to be removed, or get you banned.Do not treat these guidelines lightly. Repeated violation of these policies will result in a ban of posting privileges from the server that you happen to be using.The condensed version of these policies can be interpreted as:- DO NOT BASH OTHERS.- DO NOT FLAME OTHERS.- DO NOT CONDUCT YOURSELF IN A MANNER WHICH IS CONTRARY TO THE SPIRIT OF THIS BOARD OR THE MATT KENSETH FAN CLUB.Please read the policies below and understand completely your requirements of participation in this board. Discussion Forum Registration
Anyone may read messages on this forum. However, you will need to register for a member account in order to post messages or reply to existing ones. To register you must provide us with a valid e-mail address. We use this information to identify and track down members who have violated our discussion forum rules and policies as set forth here on this page. We will then subsequently block these users from accessing our forum in the future due to their inappropriate behavior and activity on this forum. These offenders will also be reported to the appropriate authorities such as their ISP (Internet Service Provider) when they have violated our discussion forum rules. Any further action, such as termination of an account, taken on these offenders will be then be carried out by the appropriate authority. Also, please pay very careful attention to the case of both your login name and your password. They are both case sensitive (i.e., lowercase and uppercase text is distinguishable from one another - “hello” is not the same as “HELLO”, “Hello”, etc.) and must be entered exactly or your login will not be recognized properly.

Posting Guidelines
The following Postings are not permitted: postings that bash other drivers, postings that bash other users, postings that defame, abuse, or threaten others; postings that intentionally disrupt a sensitive discussion; postings that are bigoted or advocate violence against or harassment of individuals or groups; postings that promote illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them; postings that contain unauthorized copyrighted materials; postings that advertise or contain any form of commercial solicitation; spamming is not permitted; postings that contain vulgar, obscene or indecent language, information or images; postings that contain hyperlinks to sites that violate any of these guidelines; postings that solicit or promote the use of illegal substance(s); postings that contain malicious code or viruses; postings which impersonate anyone else. No Profanity Under no circumstances is any type of profanity or obscene language allowed. Messages containing obscene language will not be posted. Messages that attempt to circumvent this by replacing letters in obscene words with wildcards (*) will be removed. Posters who use this technique repeatedly are the quickest to be denied access to posting in the forum. Debate vs. Flaming: This is a friendly place. Debate is fine, but flaming is not allowed. Flaming is personally attacking someone. For example, saying “Any idiot knows that isn’t true” is flaming because the person was just called an idiot, while “I passionately disagree” is not flaming even though its highly emotionally charged. Any post that intentionally and maliciously attacks any user(s), or prompts another user to attack back, will be removed. Any post that intentionally and maliciously insults or degrades any user(s) will be removed. If you see such a post, DO NOT RESPOND TO IT. Getting attention, good or bad, is the the goal of the poster... therefore, a simple (and YES, it is SIMPLE) solution is to IGNORE that post(er)... you may send us an email at webmaster@mattkenseth.com to alert us of any problems in this area, or you can simply wait until we become aware of the post via other means... in any case, We WILL remove that post sooner or later. But again, DO NOT REPLY TO SUCH POSTS. No Pornography. No Commercial Posts. No posts should be made that are illegal in nature. No personal information about other people that could be considered private should be posted on the site without permission of the person whom the information is about. No chain letters, urban legends, virus warnings (real or hoax)

Deletion of Messages
This being a privately owned site, the owners of the site, while embracing the concept of freedom of speech, reserve the right to delete all and any messages they wish. Periodically the forum will be checked for messages which are obsolete or inappropriate for this site, and such messages will be deleted.
