  • A loose wheel on Lap 96 forced an unscheduled stop for Kenseth under green

  • Tonight’s race was run after being postponed yesterday because of rain

  • The race was red-flagged because of lightning and brief rain for about 75 minutes

  • The lead changed 15 times among eight drivers

Matt Kenseth, No. 42 Credit One Bank Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE "Another tough night for the Credit One Bank Camaro. We had a flat tire early in the race, but managed to get the lap we lost back, then had a loose wheel later in the race which forced a pit stop under green. The penalty for the commitment violation when we pitted for the loose wheel certainly added to the rough night, but we kept doing all we could to gain back as many spots as possible before the end of the race. The handling on the car improved some throughout the night, but we just got too far back with the bad breaks to be able to do much more. A tough race, but better days ahead for our team.”
